During the Limestone Comedy Festival, Aaron talks with Emma Arnold (Doug Loves Movies, Great American Comedy Festival), Emma is a mother of 3, one of them a special needs child, with an additional 3 step-kids...yep, six kids. We talk how she turned from author & mommy blogger to stand up comedian, finding comedy about her special needs son. That’s part one.. for PART TWO, we delve deeper to find out what made her comedian. Emma is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. A lot of comedians go thru darkness in their childhood, we talk about how that affected her growing up and as a mother and comedian; also a rare occasion where I get to open up about experiencing abuse growing up.
