Recently I watched a video on social media about something I have spent a long time trying to put words to. So much of the time we do things that make motherhood so much hard than it needs to be, and this video articulated my thoughts on this so well. Today, I decided to share an episode that I recorded last minute because I truly believe this is something you mamas need to hear.
