I know this can seem overwhelming with all that you have to do in your day. I still go to my high-quality preschool every day and know that there will always be something that comes up to take my focus away from what I wanted to do that day. But when you put in a little extra time and effort to build a quality team, those unexpected fires and stressful moments start to diminish and there are others who can now step in to handle them so you are not doing so all of the time. This allows you to take back more of your time to focus on things you want to do.
