The gospel is God’s response to the fall. At the fall, the world was broken, creating three primary needs: theological need, sociological need, and physical need. God has determined to redeem fallen man in all three areas of need through Christ, in the Church. He has given the Church two kinds of leaders to help her become be what He has called her to be -- elders and deacons.
