It was an absolute pleasure of my to have Johnny from 400 Gradi on the show today.

By far one of the most humble people I know. After 10 different businesses in the industry, he launched 400 Gradi here in Melbourne which is now a global brand.

A World Pizza Champion and Guinness World Record Holder are just two fo the many awards he has won on the journey.

One thing that really structure me with Johnny was he's deep focus and understanding of the business of a restaurant. Not just the cooking and running one restaurant.
From day one he had the vision of a global brand, did he know how it would become reality, not at the time but he always knew it would be so.

Some of the core and key concepts that he shares are super valuable for any business and any size.

One thing he said about leadership was, He would never ask hes team to do something he wont or hadn't done yet.

Thats a really leader.
