Hey Mother Toughers!  Welcome back to another week, it is the day after Mother's Day and I thought it would be awesome to push us out of our comfort zones.  I got into a discussion with one of my kids about roles on a team and it got me thinking about being on the team of women.  Being a woman is hard but sometimes we make it harder on ourselves and each other.  I am diving into how I have been stretching myself to be an encourager for other women even outside of my circle.
