469. 30 Day Divine Feminine Challenge with Ray's Mentorship Community

Today, Ray introduces and interviews two of her mentorship clients who have agreed to do a 30 Day Divine Feminine challenge with her. The idea came from her community member, Mikayla, during a mentorship call and they all agreed to want to try it. This challenge is more for individuals who experience a monthly menstrual cycle so if you do not experience that then you can make modifications if you'd like to follow along.


Rules for challenge:

  1. Meditate everyday (no specific amount of time)
  2. Journal everyday (no specific amount of time or pages)
  3. Follow a cycle syncing meal plan/incorporate some of the recommended foods
  4. 45 min- 1 hour cycle syncing workouts
  5. 3L of water per day (100 ounces)
  6. Read 20 pages of a book
  7. Embodiment practice
  8. Progress photo on Day 1 and however frequent you'd like to take them after (for people with a current or past ED, I'd recommend trusting your intuition on this one and if you don't want to do it or don't feel comfortable you don't have to)
