He is a truly dedicated athlete currently climbing through the ranks of the Giants organization, being named as an organizational All-Star in 2022. He is highly respected by his teammates and quickly becomes a leader in every clubhouse he enters. Reebs managed Gates in the Northwoods League in the summers of 2019-2021 (three seasons) with the Traverse City Pit Spitters.
