We can invest a lot of time in sales raising customers awareness of us, getting in front of them and starting the conversation, but sometimes overlook how we manage the process once we've done that. The sales process that a customer moves through can be a key decision factor on whether they go with you; get it wrong and they start to think about what it's like as a customer, if they're already having concerns or problems as a prospect. So how do you become more mindful of your sales process, either when building one from scratch or regularly reflecting on your existing one, even when it's working?
