5-Ingredient Guilt-free Elvis Cookies

Makes about 6 cookies

1 ripe banana

▢ 1/2 c. rolled oats (56 g)

▢ 1/3 c. chocolate chunks or chips (80 g)

▢ 1 rounded Tbsp. creamy peanut butter

▢ 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (15 ml)
