As I celebrate another birthday, I’ve been reflecting on how much my view of “health” has changed throughout my 20s.
If you would’ve told 21-year-old Laura that my healthiest years would be the ones where I stopped trying so hard, I would’ve laughed. But it’s true! My 20s were the years I stopped chasing perfection, started trusting myself, and finally found freedom in my habits.
In this episode, I’m sharing the five biggest lessons that made my 20s the healthiest years of my life (so far). From realizing health isn’t about restriction, to letting go of people-pleasing, these are the mindset shifts that truly changed everything for me (and that I hope will change things for you too!).
