Hey Sis! 🎙️

Today’s episode is a gentle but needed reminder that God isn’t asking for perfection—He’s inviting us to humble ourselves under His mighty hand and trust His timing. We’re beginning our study of 1 Peter 5:6–11, soaking in the call to cast our cares on Him, stay alert, resist the enemy, and rest in the promise that the God of all grace will restore and strengthen us. You’ll also hear a biblical affirmation drawn from this passage to carry with you through the week.

From there, I share a heart-to-heart about how perfectionism often disguises itself as control—and how last week’s Identity devotional (North Point Community Church) convicted me afresh about people-pleasing. We look to Hebrews 11 and the faith of Noah, Abraham, and Moses to see what obedience over perfection really looks like in real life.
