Hey Sis! 🎙️
Today’s episode is a reminder that we don’t have to carry anxiety, fear, or the weight of the unknown on our own. In 1 Peter 5:6–7, Peter invites us to humble ourselves under God’s mighty hand and to cast every care on Him—because He truly cares for us. Together, we’ll explore what it means to actively release our worries to God instead of claiming them as “ours,” and how community and prayer can help us experience the freedom Christ died to give us.
We’ll also continue with Day 2 of I Want to Trust You, But I Don’t by Lysa TerKeurst. Today’s devotional in Esther 7 points to the truth that just when it looks like evil is winning, God is still at work. From Haman’s downfall to the resurrection of Jesus, we see that even the enemy’s schemes cannot stop God’s redemptive plan. Evil is in the process of being defeated, and because of Jesus, we can trust that victory is already secured.
If you’ve ever wrestled with worry, wondered if your prayers matter, or felt like the darkness was winning, this episode will remind you that God reigns. He loves you, He sees you, and He is working behind the scenes in ways you cannot yet see.
