I’m today’s episode, Haley enters a beautiful conversation with her dear friend Kristine. Kindness is a marker for their friendship and they share how the act of kindness and honesty can move mountains in ways far beyond what we could imagine. There is so much power in being kind to one another - friends, family, strangers, yourself - and we are not to discount the fruit that kindness gives. Connected with kindness, honesty is a path of healing, trust, and breakthrough. Becoming honest with yourself, with others, and the Lord forms a life of freedom where our true self is revealed and received. We are designed to do life together knowing that shame, guilt, or fear is not a part of the equation but love.
