Being a teacher can be daunting as there are so many moving parts in one single day. Being overwhelmed is a common complaint of newer teachers. This anxiety turns to hesitancy and oftentimes cements a teacher's feet in place. As a result, teachers stop improving and succeeding in the classroom because of their fears of failure and lack of clarity on what to focus on first.
