I met Walter over 5yrs ago and we instantly became friends. He is a general contractor that can build anything. He done numerous jobs for me and does excellent work. He personality is energetic and fun. He loves to engage with people and has a great outlook on life. His childhood is pretty traumatic and he has done plenty of things that he regrets, but don't we all. He is one of the best human beings I know and his family is amazing as well.
