This week we chat about Acts chapter 1 where Jesus PROVES he's alive to his disciples on "many occasions". John doesn't give us any specific examples here, so how do YOU think Jesus proved to them that he was alive and that it was really him they were talking to?

We also chat briefly about the end of the chapter where they were selecting a new disciple to complete the 12, and in one verse, they're praying for God's guidance, and in the VERY NEXT verse, they just draw straws!! Like, they couldn't wait one more verse? Haha! I suppose there's no timeline between verses, but that just struck me as funny.

This week we review a tasty, crisp West Coast IPA from Porchlight Brewing out of Sacramento CA. It's a refreshing IPA that comes in at 6.7% ABV and is incredibly easy drinking!
