By listener request - how often do we hear "boundaries" vaguely referenced? As something people are working on, something they proclaim to suck at, or someone else has violated?
Lately it seems boundaries are coming up a lot. At work, with our loved ones, and even within ourselves. With stress levels not only high, but staying that way, it's easy to feel like others are coming over the metaphorical walls. So when we throw around the word "boundaries" what are we really talking about?
