What is your favorite color? Well, blue ain't your color. Today, it's all about heart health!

You look at the fitness and health magazines, and everyone is talking about resistance training, strength and conditioning, lifting; building muscle. But the ONE muscle you must build is your HEART!

Bob Harper is a fitness guru teaching others the importance of hearth and wellness, exercising, eating right. He's written multiple books and has been a part of the Biggest Loser team as a personal trainer and host.

"If this can happen to him at the age of 51, what can happen to you?" Blue ain't your color.

There are a few variables you have to consider. 

The Genetic component + Lifestyle Habits

Ask the tough questions regarding your genetics. What runs in the family.

Then you can consider the fitness side of your lifestyle habits. This is intentional movement in addition to your normal day! And it's gonna look different for everybody.

The magazines that flood the checkout stand, all you see is ripped abs, women holding weights, and body building.

"Yes! Muscle is important. But your heart is indispensable." Blue ain't your color.

Think flexibility and harmony in finding and fulfilling your fitness equation.

You needs a strength component, but you also need a cardio component.
