On this Valentine's Day episode, which emphasizes love and connection, I share a personal journey of self-discovery and the importance of leading with love. This episode is inspired by my late mother-in-law, who played a significant role in my life for nearly 40 years. Her recent passing has prompted me to reflect on the themes of vulnerability and the necessity of dropping our emotional armour. I share the concept of vulnerability, discussing how many of us have been conditioned to be strong and stoic, often at the expense of our emotional well-being. I recount my struggles with this armour, which I believed was my strength, and how it ultimately led to a disconnection from myself and others. Through subconscious reprogramming and a commitment to change, I learned to create a sense of safety from within, allowing me to be seen and to connect more deeply with those around me.
