Mountains remind us of what it means to hold presence in the face of change. Rooted in the earth, they witness the shifting skies, the storms, the sunrises—without needing to react. In this meditation, we’ll explore what it feels like to embody that same calm steadiness within ourselves.

This practice offers a gentle pause to reconnect—not only with the world around us, but with the quiet landscapes of our inner world. When we learn to rest in this stillness, we discover resilience, softness, and clarity, all held at once.
