As believers and women, we desire to please God and to please our husbands. To be the godly wife and woman that we read about in scripture. We also know that following God’s ways is what is best for our personal lives and our marriages.

What we tend to struggle with is the how. How do we learn what God’s way are, what a submissive wife looks like, and how to be a woman with a gentle and quiet spirit? 

As a young wife I was the same way. I knew what kind of a life and marriage I wanted to have, I just didn’t know what my part was in getting it.

Today I’m sharing with you what I did to grow in becoming a godly wife, as well as a journal I created to help you in your marriage and in your walk with the Lord.
