I’m assuming, that if the family court system was involved in any part of your custody situation, that you're familiar Children's Bill of Rights.   And, if you are anything like me , you also have mixed feelings about even hearing those words (“children's bill of rights”) because, it likely didn't prove to be measurable/enforceable. So The term itself can serve as a source of frustration. As an alienated parent, it seemed a *little* bit (or a lot) like a slap in the face... as It is rarely followed. 

However, I have come up with our own. The Alienated Parent's Bill of Rights.  Ill type the full list out and publish of the show website for you to have (this week).
