We have, during the past two weeks reviewed the basic ten breath practice and also the out-breath focus. This week we will have a last quick look at the Ten Breath practice and how it can be used to center us and help us to see the wonders of life.
Each podcast episode will also include the preparatory meditation attunement techniques suggested in the Edgar Cayce readings and will then be followed by a few minutes of meditative silence prior to closing readings.
