The Rebbe advises that instead of leaving a community due to a lack of appreciation for a G-d-fearing rabbi, one should remain and influence the community to grow stronger in their observance of Torah and mitzvot. He emphasizes that success in both material and spiritual matters comes through Torah study, and strongly encourages setting fixed times for learning Chassidus, which illuminates and strengthens one’s fulfillment of mitzvot.
