If one searches the Scriptures carefully, the story of Jesus can be found in every book in the Bible. The book of II Samuel speaks of a day when more were devoured by the wood than by the sword. This scene is representative of a kingdom Christ would later establish not with a sword but by His death on a wooden cross.
