Listen to this episode to learn how to stay on track with financial health as a key aspect of overall health. Ken retired from corporate at age 56 and shares lessons he learned about what it took to get here. We talk about being intentional with investing, the difference between healthy habits and just spending to show off your wealth, and living your truth as queer people. This life is finite, and when we work hard to set ourselves up for retirement, it's important to cultivate your passions so you can really dive into them in retirement.
Ken Dolan-Del Vecchio (he/him) is a leadership advisor, family therapist, and retired Fortune 100 health and wellness executive. He is the author or coauthor of four books, most recently Simple Habits of Exceptional (But Not Perfect) Parents. Ken is the author of Blowing the Whistle on Workplace Crazy on substack.com. He cohosts the weekly podcast The Pet Loss Companion, having coauthored a book by the same title. Ken has paid great attention throughout his career to attaining financial security.
