We are so excited for this episode with special guest Holly Brooks otherwise known as Holly B Fitness. A British influencer documenting her journey as a hybrid athlete, Holly has done EVERYTHING - training for marathons, Hyrox competitions as well as triathlons. We touch on her journey through her different styles of trainings and what led her to going down this path. She also recently moved to LA from the UK after living there for 26 years she decided it was time for a new chapter. Throughout this episode Holly gives you her insight on moving across the other side of the world and how to step outside of your comfort zone to grow.
