Sue LaVerne is Xaar’s Chief People Officer, and in her newly created role leads Group HR. Together with her team, Sue ensures Xaar delivers on its ambition of becoming an ‘employer of choice’, a key part of the People pillar within the Group’s Sustainability Roadmap launched earlier this year.

In this discussion, Marcus and Sue talk about the importance of people in delivering every company’s strategy. From investing in apprenticeships and attracting new talent to developing those already within a business, there is a need to focus on people and an opportunity for the print industry to come together and build the skills needed for the future.
