Sorry, can't get into the transgender angle

I read this because Iâve read the entire Baumgartner series and am curious where the characters go in their lives. Sadly, I donât like this very much, as I canât get into the whole transgender thing with Jodie, introduced in the previous story.

No, really, I donât want to read about Doc taking it in the wazoo, no matter how sexy and charming and Southern the female-above-the-waist Jodie is. And the totally breathless threeway marriage they and Carrie are privately entering into doesnât trip my HEA trigger, either. Sorry if that makes me Neanderthal.

Kitt drops here that Doc and Carrieâs threesomes over the years had always been with other women because Doc was jealous of other men. Thatâs not my recollection. They were always positioned as a chance for the bisexual Carrie to get in some girl-girl time, with Doc getting to enjoy two women at once. And Kitt loves writing her girl-girl scenes.

Now, though, it feels like Doc is being trashed, and must redeem himself by being sodomized. And being THAT open-minded is the price a male must pay to prove heâs âwokeâ and entitled to sexual liberty. Thatâs a fairly man-hating stance. Iâve enjoyed the Baumgartners, but now must part ways with them.

A real let-down

I really enjoyed the series I wish there was more

She needs to write more swinger stories

I really hope Selena reads this. I think she is one of the best writers here; I like many of her Baumgartner series, and they appear to be real. but I was disappointed that in many of the stories, if not all of them, it is all ways a threesome. Can you please develop some long series ((not short ones) about mature neighbors and swingers. Threesome stories are so boring. I would like to see women of different ages, perhaps leading character a being mature milf. Please continue this series and now writing carrie into swinger situations where she has sex with neighbors other than her husband. Otherwise your stories are getting too boring.

A Baumgartner Anniversary

I'm a fan of most of Selena's books but...I regret paying for this one. Liked it but.....could've been better, longer, sexier. I didn't feel like I've ever met her.
