Last week, a third batch of classified documents were found at President Biden’s personal residence in Wilmington, Delaware. The President’s lawyers were quick to cooperate, assuring that all of the documents found were the results of simple mistakes. Still, Attorney General Merrick Garland has appointed a special counsel to investigate POTUS’ mishandling of classified materials. While there are key differences in the cases, many in Washington have highlighted the similarities to last year, when the FBI seized classified documents from former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence. Congressman Brad Wenstrup (R-OH) on the House Intelligence Committee joins to break down the investigations into two presidents’ alleged mishandling of classified documents and weighs in on the looming debt ceiling crisis.

Over the weekend, New York City Mayor Eric Adams visited El Paso, Texas in an effort to emphasize the need for solutions to combat the United States' border crisis. The trip came amid New York's ongoing migrant crisis due to busloads of migrants overwhelming the city's resources. Although President Biden arrived in El Paso over a week ago to address the surge at the border, many are critical of his administration's border policies.
