We're bringing a more raw and in-depth version of the murders of Lisa Ann Millican and Janice Kay Chatman, at the hands of Judith and Alvin Neelley. Judith and Alvin are an unconventional couple who married when Judith was a teenager and Alvin was in his late 20s. They went on to commit a series of crimes including armed robbery and check forgery, that eventually escalated to murder.
