Hello, my friends, my life warriors! A happy new month to us all we are rocking and rolling into the month of September.

Today on the podcast I was very happy to have Abbie Bela who is a London-based actor, creator and full-time international Renaissance woman, Abbie appeared in a dramatic role at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2019 with Chaika: First woman in Space, where she played the famous Russian cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova.

She is a citizen of the world, Abbie was born in Poland to the momentous sound of a crumbling Berlin Wall and has since lived in the USA, UK, Vietnam, and Argentina. Abbie was awarded a Diploma in Acting for Stage & Screen from Acting Coach Scotland in 2019, grounding her professionally within the UK creative scene. More recently, Abbie has been taking method classes at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. She is also attending funny school at The Groundlings Theatre and School.

Alongside acting credentials, Abbie has a background in psychology and reads Sigmund Freud for fun.

We talked about how she got into acting, we talked about body positivity and her date life here on Earth and beyond.

So please enjoy the podcast and stay safe, stay well, be awesome and please take a moment to tell a friend and subscribe.
