Chocolate Almond Butter Cups
1/2 cup organic cacao powder
1/2 cup liquid coconut oil - one of your free gift choices when you join Thrive Market
1/4 cup liquid sweetener - I typically use maple syrup
1/4 cup almond butter
Whisk the first three ingredients until smooth. For the bottom chocolate layer, pour roughly 1 teaspoon of the chocolate mixture into 12 muffin liners. Freeze for 10 minutes until hardened.
Take out of the freezer and scoop about 1 teaspoon of almond butter on top of each chocolate base. Cover with remaining chocolate. Put in freezer for another 20 minutes or until hardened
