This week we go back in time with former Adelaide midfielder Simon Tregenza. Simon reminisces about his career, reflects on some of special moments during his time in the game.

Simon, a Port Adelaide product, was a part of the inaugural Adelaide Crows list that entered the AFL competition in 1991. Simon played at the Crows for 8 seasons, playing in 106 games and kicking 16 goals.

In this chat, Simon talks about his initial drafting to Footscray in 1987, making the Crows list in 1991, the early journey of the Adelaide Football Club and his experiences in the midfield, injuries and missing out on the premiership successes.
