People think prayer is less than meditation, 

that it's dualistic.

But we pray,

seemingly in a dualistic way,

knowing there's only One here,

knowing that the moment the prayer is offered,

it is this Silence,

our Self,

that is receiving it,

that is hearing it.

There is no delay,

no journey the words have to take.

It's all Here. 

It's all Now. 

It's all Love,

constant Worship. 

Only Worship is here,

only Love is here.

Surrender Novena Day 9 - Father Ruotolo 

"Pray always in readiness to surrender, and you will receive from it great peace and great rewards, even when I confer on you the grace of immolation, of repentance and of love. Then what does suffering matter? It seems impossible to you? Close your eyes and say with all your soul, “Jesus, you take care of it”. Do not be afraid, I will take care of things and you will bless my name by humbling yourself. A thousand prayers cannot equal one single act of surrender, remember this well. There is no novena more effective than this:

O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything! (10 times)

Mother, I am yours now and forever. Through you and with you I always want to belong completely to Jesus.

 Amen"

It's good to be motivated, but not at the expense of constant pressure that consistently has you unimpressed with yourself. Now is the time to feed into treating yourself with care. Find ways to relax your body. Stretch. Release the buildup. Pamper yourself. Create an environment that inspires you to be at peace with where you are. Mantra:

"Where I am, is where I need to be."

When I tell you to rest,

it means to keep busy about life,

but keep quiet inside,

keep vigil inside...

don't back talk, judge, doubt, narrate or try to figure out what I Am doing, 

what I did in the beginning.

Don't try to get out in front of Me.

Just listen for the next direction.

For the next step.

And you’ll begin to see that it is always to Love more.

To feel Love again.

Which means you’re (in) My will again.

My Will for you is to be successful.

And you are successful the moment you remember Love.
