Carl Max once said "Religion is the Opium of the Masses". This is particularly true for Africa where religious charlatans' continue to present to the masses religious symbols and rituals without information. Most religious people stopped thinking long ago. It is their Priests, Imams, Prophets and Pastors who think for them. All that they do is to clutch their religious symbols and perform the ritual imposed by their leaders, and hope for a miracle. Only new information will lead to a change of attitude. People will continue to do what  they are doing, and reap the same consequences, until they receive new information that triggers a change of mind and conduce to a change of attitude. This is what Africa needs now.
