All Dressed Up | Deuteronomy 4:1-2, 6-9, Ephesians 6:10-20, Matthew 24:4-13
  1. When purchasing clothing – or selecting my clothes for the day – do I dress for fashion or function? Why?

  2. What battles am I fighting in my life right now?

  3. Do I try fighting my daily battles with my own wisdom and strength? If so, when and how? Am I successful?

  4. Jesus “stood strong in the Lord” and by His death and resurrection set me free from Satan’s slavery of sin and death. Do I trust Jesus’ victory and rely on His strength in my daily battles? If so, when and how? What are the results?

  5. How do I dress for the battles I face each day with the shield of faith? With the sword of the Spirit? With the readiness of prayer?

Focus verses – “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes” – Eph. 6:10-11
