I cannot tell you how many times I have written on my website about how stupid alpha rolls are! More than I can count. While there is a very popular National Geographic TV show in which the behaviorist is constantly alpha rolling dominant dogs, this is a very bad idea for any dog owner to try on his dog. Simply put, it is dangerous and an excellent way to get bit by your own dog. It is also an excellent way to destroy the relationship you have with your dog.
