Wendy Sherman, the director for Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School and former diplomat, speaks to Christiane Amanpour about the decision to close the Chinese consulate. She argues it was an overreach. Now, Sweden have a had an usual approach to lockdown; at first they had very few deaths and no lockdown was imposed, but as their mortality rate is increasing they are facing harsh criticism.
