• Disney (DIS) -
• Will report quarterly results Wednesday after market close. Analysts at Morgan Stanley remained bullish on Disney ahead of the earnings print. The analysts said they are optimistic on the company's Parks segment, "which represents the majority of its earnings."
• AMC Entertainment (AMC) -
• Shares rallied more than 12% Monday as, according to Benzinga technician Melanie Schaffer, the stock price confirmed a new uptrend on Friday.
• Check out Melanie's article here to find out AMC's next resistance levels. Additionally, AMC announced it would start charging different prices for different seats in its theatres, but it seems unlikely the news item would drive shares sharply higher.
• 2seventy Bio (TSVT) -
• A play on an upcoming FDA date. The company is expected to issue results from a Phase 3 trial for its multiple myeloma drug candidate on Friday.
• The Glimpse Group (VRAR) -
• The stock was up 7% Tuesday morning following news the company will integrate conversational artificial intelligence into its platform with ChatGPT.
• Shares of nano-cap, penny-stock Secoo (SECO) rallied 120% on Monday amid a similar news item. Secoo shares saw profit taking Tuesday morning, down about 15%.
• Genius Group (GNS) -
• Management of Genius, a recent momentum stock, will host an investor day event on Wednesday of next week.
