Countries are always competing with each other in the fields of Science, Technology, and Innovation. The race is on to discover new things, make new discoveries and improve the quality of life for their people. America has been at the forefront of this competition for many years now but it seems that their time is running out. St. Louis National Science Board Member, Roger Beachy explains why the United States has fallen behind and he also speaks about:
