On this episode of the Welsh Referees Pod / Pod Dyfarnwyr Cymru, Jack is joined by Amin Said. Amin has been refereeing for 15 years and is currently an Assistant Referee on the Cymru South. He is also one of Wales's few referees from a BAME background and put together a successful recruitment event for youngsters from BAME backgrounds earlier this year at Grange Gardens in Cardiff.
