An 18-year-old high school student was shot and killed by an ATF agent last night in Aliquippa. News Radio KDKA's Timira Rush has details. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. at Linmar Terrace during a joint operation involving the ATF and FBI. The victim, identified as Kendric Curtis, was airlifted to Allegheny General Hospital in critical condition and later died around 3 a.m. Mayor Dwan Walker spoke with KDKA-TV shortly after the shooting and is urging residents to remain calm amid the ongoing investigation. State Police issued a statement but did not disclose details about the shooting or the nature of the operation. The investigation remains in the hands of the state troopers.
