As a migrant surge at the U.S. southern border continues, many are looking to the Biden administration for answers. Amid this surge and record high number of unaccompanied minors crossing the border, Border Czar Roberta Jacobson is set to step down at the end of April. Texas Department of Public Safety Lieutenant Chris Olivarez joins to discuss how communities near the border are being directly impacted by the increased border crossings, how border patrol’s resources are being stretched thin and the challenges he expects his team will face if the surge continues.

"Taxation without representation" was a slogan during the American Revolution. Taxes have played a huge role in American history ever since, through the Civil War, into the 20th century and still to this day. He joins to explain how fighting taxes and tyranny has shaped U.S. history.

Plus, commentary by Jimmy Failla, host of "Fox Across America."
