An Post Achieves '0' Gender Pay Gap

An Post have achieved a Zero Gender Pay Gap today, the company have moved from a 4% gender pay gap in just two years.

The company found that as employees moved through the ranks the gender representation wasn't what it should have been and they worked to combat this.
