• Musk said he would abide by the results of the poll. As of Monday morning, almost 58% of respondents said Musk should indeed resign.
• NVIDIA (NVDA) -
• Analysts at research shop Needham named NVIDIA their top pick in the chip space for 2023.
• Needham highlighted a belief NVIDIA will capitalize on the transition to artificial intelligence (AI) work loads.
• AMC Entertainment (AMC) -
• Shares were down 1% Monday morning following an update from the company about a recent preferred equity units offering.
• AMC said it raised about $150 million via the units over its fourth quarter.
• Home Depot (HD) -
• Retail analyst Seth Basham of Wedbush will interview on Benzinga's "Stock Market Movers" YouTube show at 1:45 p.m. EST on Thursday of this week.
• Basham covers Home Depot, Lowe's (LOW), Advance Auto Parts (AAP), RH (RH) and about 20 other retail companies.
• bluebid bio (BLUE) -
• A play on favorable news in the biotech space. bluebird announced Monday morning the FDA lifted a clinical hold on studies for its sickle cell disease candidate.
• An analyst at research shop SVB Securities commented on bluebird following the news and noted the lifting of the clinical hold was expected and bluebird has balance sheet concerns.
