Ben Mankiewicz is the host of TCM and “The Plot Thickens” podcast about the life and career of director Peter Bogdanovich. He’s telling stories about the famous director, along with what it was like growing up in a storied family of politicians, journalists, and filmmakers. Ben’s dad was press secretary to Robert Kennedy, his grandfather wrote “Citizen Kane,” and his brother is a reporter for NBC “Dateline.” Ben shares his own journey to Hollywood, his favorite TV shows, and whether directing or producing might be in his future.
