I now have three new Zoom Fitness Classes available! Sundays at 10 Pacific - Stretching Social. Gain flexibility and mobility all while feeling like you are attending a social hour with me! Wednesdays at 10 Pacific - Social Mat Pilates for Beginners. The first 20 minutes is an informal social time followed by a Pilates based core working, balance work, and stretching. Mondays at 10 Pacific - Bodyweight Strength Social. The first 15 minutes is a mini-social hour followed by weight bearing exercises and stretching.
