New York State Assembly Member Richard Gottfried (D-75th District) and chair of the NYS Assembly Committee on Health, discusses his single-payer health care proposal for New York, which has been reintroduced with amendments, and has a chance of passing now that Democrats control the legislature — plus weighs in on the measles outbreak in Brooklyn and Rockland County.
